Research on Jack Lifting Control Technology of New Station Underpass Existing Station Handover Section
The tunnel will affect the stability of the existing station,and the improper treatment of the intersection position of the station will cause the settlement of the existing station,which will directly affect the safety of the existing station and reduce the construction efficiency of the new station.In this regard,re-lying on the Suzhou Street Station of Beijing Metro Line 16 orthogonal close paste under the existing Line 10 Suzhou Street Station project proposed the junction section of the hole pile underpinning combined with jack jacking scheme,reasonably solve the problem of the difficulty of the construction of the close underpass,im-prove the construction efficiency,and at the same time use the on-site monitoring method to monitor the ex-isting buildings and surface settlement,the jacking can reduce the existing buildings and the surface settle-ment change trend,the jack has carried out displacement compensation for the existing station,and finally the maximum settlement of the existing station is less than 3 mm,which prevents the existing structure from single and double layer dislocation,and the surface settlement is more disturbed at the multi-layer section of the structure than at the single-layer section of the structure.It can provide a reference for the control con-struction of the tunnel under the existing station.
