Research on Construction Technology of Cantilever Pouring of Prestressed Concrete Hanging Basket
Hanging basket hanging casting construction technology is gradually mature and perfect,at present,hanging basket cantilever casting construction method is often used in railway construction across roads and rivers.On the basis of introducing the common forms of hanging baskets,taking the continuous beam of the(60+100+60)m bridge across 281 Provincial Road of Shiheng Cangang Port Intercity Railway Fucheng as an example,The construction technology of bridge suspension casting is discussed in the aspects of preliminary preparation,quality supervision system,production and installation of hanging basket,preloading of hanging basket,concrete pouring,prestress construction,continuous beam closing,linear monitoring,walking and dismantling of hanging basket,etc.
