重载货运列车超偏载状态监测系统的设计及试验分析

本文设计了适用于重载货运列车的超偏载状态监测系统,并进行了实车试验.该系统的硬件部分由PC104微处理器、TC35i无线GSM模块、液晶显示屏以及12 V电源等组成;软件系统分为数据采集、数据库管理、人机交互和超偏载判别4个模块.选择一辆煤炭运输专用列车,在车厢底部对称安装4个位移传感器,利用GSM模块将采集到的位移数据输送至上位监控系统,将数据处理后转化为载重数据,实现对车厢超偏载状态的监测与预警.使用EMD法提取趋势项计算得到的载重值接近于实际值,满足监测精度要求.
Design and Test Analysis of the Monitoring System for the Over-offset Load of Heavy Freight Train
In this paper,an over-offset load monitoring system for heavy-duty freight trains is designed and tested.The hardware part of the system is composed of PC 104 microprocessor,TC35i wireless GSM mod-ule,LCD screen and 12 V power supply.The software system is divided into four modules:data acquisition,database management,human-computer interaction and overload discrimination.Select a special train for coal transportation,install 4 displacement sensors symmetrically at the bottom of the carriage,and use GSM mod-ule to transmit the collected displacement data to the upper position monitoring system,and then convert the well data into load data,so as to realize the monitoring and early warning of the over-biased load status of the carriage.Using EMD method to extract trend items,the calculated load value is close to the actual value and meets the monitoring accuracy requirements.
