摘要

本文探究了刮板输送机链轮精密成形工艺的设计内容和数值模拟方法.结合链轮锻件的结构特点和成形要求,重点介绍了凸模、套筒、凹模、芯棒和固定板等结构的设计.使用DEFROM-3D有限元分析软件进行链轮精密成形数值模拟,根据坯料的不同设计了 3套方案并建立了对应的有限元模型.结果表明,锻件的应力场分布不均匀,总体上呈现出从轮齿到芯部先减小后增加的趋势;1#管状坯料成形载荷最小,但是坯料高径比大,容易产生纵向弯曲;2#管状坯料成形载荷较小,但是应力集中,影响锻件的力学性能;3#实心坯料成型载荷最大,应力分布相对均匀,应变较为稳定.由此可得,在链轮精密成形工艺中优先选择柱状实心坯料.

Abstract

This paper discusses the design content and numerical simulation method of precision forming process of scraper conveyor sprocket.According to the structure characteristics and forming requirements of sprocket forgings,the design of punch,sleeve,die,mandrel and fixed plate is introduced.The numerical sim-ulation of sprocket precision forming was carried out by using DEFROM-3D finite element analysis software.Three sets of schemes were designed according to different billets and corresponding finite element models were established.The results show that the distribution of stress field of forging is not uniform,and it de-creases first and then increases from the tooth to the core.The forming load of 1# tubular billet is the least,but the billet height-diameter ratio is large,which is easy to produce longitudinal bending.The forming load of 2# tubular billet is small,but the stress is concentrated,which affects the mechanical properties of forging.3# solid billet has the largest forming load,relatively uniform stress distribution and stable strain.It can be concluded that cylindrical solid billet is preferred in sprocket precision forming process.
