摘要

文章以GPRS技术为基础,设计了一款具有远程监测功能的带式输送机无线监测系统,首先介绍了系统软件设计框架,分析了传感器节点、路由节点、网关节点、数据中心四个软件程序设计方法.然后从传感器节点、路由节点与网关节点几方面介绍了硬件总体设计方案,并对传感器节点监测电路、无线射频模块接口电路、存储模块电路等几个关键模块电路设计展开了分析,经验证所设计的无线监测系统可以满足带式输送机的故障监测需求.

Abstract

Based on GPRS technology,this paper designs a wireless monitoring system for belt conveyor with remote monitoring function.Firstly,the system software design framework is introduced,and the four software programming methods of sensor node,routing node,gateway node and data center are analyzed.Then,the overall hardware design scheme is introduced from the aspects of sensor node,routing node and gateway node,and the circuit design of several key modules such as sensor node monitoring circuit,radio frequency module interface circuit and storage module circuit is analyzed.It is proved that the designed wireless monitoring system can meet the fault monitoring requirements of belt conveyor.
