Purpose/Significance:Mobile information technology is the demand of today's society.Improving customer satisfaction is the best way to improve the quality of network services,and it is also one of the key steps to jointly promote the high-quality sustainable development of mobile networks.Method/Process:Correla-tion and quantification of data using Spearman and random forest.The influence factors are studied and ana-lyzed,mathematical models are established,and parameters are adjusted.Get the predicted result.Result/Con-clusion:The results show the quantitative analysis and results of the impact of factors affecting mobile user experience on customer ratings.The accuracy of the model is 89%,which is better than other models.
