The U-shaped groove has a large slope,varying structural dimensions,and features a long cantilever,which increases the difficulty of prefabricated construction for the U-shaped groove structure.In order to improve the quality of prefabricated construction for U-shaped grooves,this study is based on the first assembly-type U-shaped groove project in China-the U-shaped groove project of the Jingtang Railway Station.It focuses on the stability of the side wall's long cantilever structure during pouring and proposes an adjustable universal template design.It establishes quality control technology for pouring the side walls of U-shaped groove structures.The research findings can provide reference for the production of complex and variable prefabricated structures such as U-shaped grooves.
