Recycling Process and Application of Processing Waste in Strengthening Weak Subgrade
Weak subgrade will lead to defects and failures of road pavement structures.Effective weak roadbed enhancement measures can not only improve project efficiency and reduce project costs,but also significantly improve the project quality of the roadbed.This article analyzes the characteristics and reinforcement mechanism of processing waste,and designs the process of waste reprocessing.Finally,this article takes Shaxia Expressway as an example to study the practical application of processed waste in strengthening weak roadbed projects.The application results show that when using processed waste for construction,the dry density of each construction layer is between 2.32~2.67 g/cm3,the average number of hammer blows per 10 cm at all measuring points was greater than 40,and the average variation range of the actual deflection value was 1.76 mm.The above test results are better than the design values for weak roadbed reinforcement,which showing the good results of the processed waste in strengthening the weak road subgrade.
