摘要

以某高速公路隧道工程为例,根据破碎围岩施工条件,提出聚能水压光面爆破施工方案,确定主要的施工流程以及具体施工方法,总结爆破施工注意事项,从周边眼数、循环进尺等方面对比分析本工程所用爆破技术与常规光面爆破技术的区别.实践表明,聚能水压光面爆破施工技术兼具安全、质量可靠、效率高、成本低等优势,在高速公路隧道破碎围岩掘进中取得良好的应用效果.

Abstract

Taking a certain highway tunnel project as an example,based on the construction conditions of fractured surrounding rock,a construction plan for concentrated energy water pressure smooth blasting is proposed,the main construction process and specific construction methods are determined,and the precautions for blasting construction are summarized.The differences between the blasting technology used in this project and conventional smooth blasting technology are compared and analyzed from the aspects of the number of surrounding holes,circulation footage,etc.Practice has shown that the construction technology of concentrated energy water pressure smooth blasting has advantages such as safety,reliable quality,high efficiency,and low cost,and has achieved good application results in the excavation of fractured surrounding rock in highway tunnels.
