Analysis of Steel Wire Rope Selection for Lifting Operations in Steel Structure Factory Buildings
Lifting machinery is an indispensable equipment for construction operations,and there are a large number of frequent lifting operations during the construction process.Lifting operation control is a key link in preventing the high incidence of lifting machinery accidents.In order to ensure the safety of lifting operations,it is necessary to correctly select the appropriate lifting wire rope based on the tensile force applied to the wire rope before lifting operations.This article mainly conducts safety force verification on the steel wire rope used for lifting steel beams and columns in steel structure factory buildings,calculates the tensile force of the steel wire rope,and quickly and correctly selects the steel wire rope specifications that meet the lifting requirements.
