Resonant Crushing Method and Effect Evaluation of Old Cement Pavement in Southwest China
Based on the upgrading and reconstruction project of S436 patrol station to Yuhe second-class highway,the principle and key technologies of resonance macadam technology are studied.RMI resonance crusher is used to crush the test road,and the vibration frequency of the crusher is adjusted by calculation to make the road surface resonate.During this period,the key technical route of crushing-cleaning-rolling is adopted,and the stress relief channel and vibration isolation channel are divided.The data of pavement resonance frequency effect,particle gradation after crushing,pavement strength,pavement smoothness and pavement resilience modulus are analyzed and evaluated.The research results show that the resonance macadam technology improves the operation efficiency and reduces environmental pollution in the reconstruction of old cement pavement in southwest China.
