BIM技术助力中承式高架渡槽钢管拱的智能建造

随着BIM技术在桥梁施工中的不断普及,桥梁施工由传统制造向着智能建造技术升级.本文以引汉济渭二期工程浐河渡槽为工程依托,探索了BIM技术[1]助力中承式高架渡槽钢管拱的智能建造.传统桥梁施工因工艺技术的不完善存在着拖延工期、重复返修等现象时常发生,从而造成项目施工效率低下、出错率较高、安全性较低.智能建造的出现使桥梁施工走向数字化、自动化、智能化,能最大程度的节省施工成本,有效地提高施工的效率、充分保证施工的质量和施工的安全性,在整个桥梁行业的转折及创新过程中促进了桥梁施工技术的进一步发展.
BIM Technology Assists in the Intelligent Construction of Steel Pipe Arches of Medium-bearing Elevated aqueducts
With the continuous popularization of BIM technology in bridge construction,bridge construction has been upgraded from traditional manufacturing to intelligent construction technology.Based on the Chanhe aqueduct of the second phase of the Hanji-Wei diversion project,this paper explores the intelligent construction of steel pipe arches of the medium-bearing elevated aqueduct assisted by BIM technology[1].Due to the imperfection of the traditional bridge technology,the phenomenon of delaying the construction period and repeated repair often occurs,resulting in low construction efficiency,high error rate and low safety of the project.The emergence of intelligent construction makes bridge construction digital,automated and intelligent,which can save construction costs to the greatest extent,effectively improve the efficiency of construction,fully ensure the quality and safety of construction,and promote the further development of bridge construction technology in the turning point and innovation process of the entire bridge industry.
