摘要
目前储罐施工工艺已经成熟,各工程根据设计要求选用正、倒、卷三种方式,同时也结合各自特点及施工现场的实际情况,从各方面综合考虑,确定本项目罐体采用手动葫芦倒装方式进行施工.实践证明:采用手动葫芦倒装的方式,为类似储油罐的安装施工提供了成本降低、工期缩短、经济效益高的经验和借鉴,同时保证了罐体的质量和安全.
Abstract
At present,the construction technology of storage tanks has become mature.According to the design requirements,each project selects three methods:forward,reverse,and roll.At the same time,com-bined with their own characteristics and the actual situation of the construction site,from various aspects,it is determined that the tank body of this project will be constructed using the manual hoist inverted method.Practice has proven that the use of manual hoist inverted installation provides experience and reference for the installation and construction of similar oil storage tanks,including cost reduction,shortened construction period,and high economic benefits,while ensuring the quality and safety of the tank body.
