This paper takes a prefabricated house as an example to explore the application of BIM tech-nology in facade diversification design.Use Revit software to build a three-dimensional building model,select balconies,Windows,unit entrances and other component models that meet the design requirements from the facade functional component library of the software,and modify the color,size and other parameters of the model,so that the facade presents flexibility and diversity.In this project,the module combination is opti-mized from the three aspects of horizontal composition,vertical composition and grid composition,which pro-vides guidance and reference for the facade construction of prefabricated houses.
