Cooling Designing and Testing on Shearer Cutting Transmission System Bearing Group
Under the condition of heavy load and large impact load,the cutting transmission system of shearer will produce a lot of heat and cause the temperature rise of the whole transmission system to be too high.In order to ensure the normal operation of shearer,a special cooling structure of cutting system is de-signed and cooled.However,the traditional cooling structure design focuses on reducing the operating tempera-ture of the gear transmission system,and pays less attention to the cooling of the bearing group.Based on the traditional cooling structure,this paper takes the system cooling as the starting point,designs and introduces the design and research of the bearing group cooling system of the shearer cutting transmission system in de-tail.Combined with the shearer prototype,the price rise test was carried out under the peak working condition and the rated working condition.The test structure shows that the cooling system of the bearing group has a good heat dissipation effect,which can meet the requirements of the cutting transmission system of the heavy-duty high-power shearer,and has certain guiding significance for the design of the cooling system of the similar shearer.
