过程参数对PVP静电纺纳米纤维直径和形貌的影响

采用静电纺丝法制备聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)纳米纤维,研究了纺丝过程参数(溶液浓度、纺丝电压、纤维接收距离)对纤维直径和形貌的影响.实验发现,在室温,相对湿度低于 50%的情况下,当溶液浓度为 6-10 wt%,纺丝电压为 13.5~20 kV,针头内径为 0.51 mm,溶液注射速度为 0.7 mL/h,纤维接收距离为 8~15 cm时,可制备出连续无珠粒的PVP纤维,直径在几百纳米至几微米之间.纤维的平均直径随着溶液浓度的增加而增大,随着纺丝电压的增加而减小,随着纤维接收距离的增加先减小后增大.
Effect of Process Parameters on the Diameter and Morphology of PVP Electrospun Nanofibers
Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning.The effects of process-ing parameters including the solution concentration,the spinning voltage and the needle-collector distance on the fiber diameter and morphology were investigated.It was found that when the solution concentration is be-tween 6 wt%and 10 wt%,the spinning voltage is between 13.5 kV and 20 kV,the inner diameter of needle is 0.51 mm,the injection speed of solution is 0.7 mL/h,and the needle-collector distance of fiber is between 8 cm and 15 cm,can be prepared continuous and non-beaded PVP fibers at room temperature and the rela-tive humidity is below 50%.The fiber diameter is between several hundred nanometers and a few microns.The average diameter of fibers increased with increase in solution concentration,while decreased with increase in spinning voltage and first decreased and then increased with increase in needle-collector distance.
