Analysis of Bolt Assembly Pre-tightening Force for Connection Bolt Group of Aero-operated Low Pressure Rotor Based on Fastening Process
In this paper, the determination method of bolt assembly preload for low pressure rotor connection bolt group is studied.By designing bolt short-term relaxation experiment, the fitting function of bolt preload is determined. The initial preload of bolt is 37800 N,and the stable preload after relaxation is 37000 N.Then, based on the principle of elastic interaction, the positive and negative elastic experiments of annular and sector specimens of low pressure rotor are designed respectively. The results show that the positive elastic action has no effect on the tightening process, and the negative elastic action will cause the preload between adjacent bolts to decrease to different degrees.Based on the experiment,a two-wheel sequential assembly process was proposed, and the preloading force was set to 37000 N,which could ignore the influence of tightening process on the preloading force of bolts, and minimize the dispersion of bolts in the bolt group, thus ensuring the reliability and stability of the low-pressure rotor.
