摘要

关键链方法是一种基于约束理论的项目管理方法,普遍应用于建筑、航天、国防、软件、制造等行业,能避免任务切换、帕金森定律、优先级等因素导致的时间和资源损失,在有限资源的情况下能促进项目在更短的时间内完成.该方法也同样适用于飞行区作业编排场景,如航空器引导、行李装卸、客舱清洁等,能综合处理作业需求与关键资源之间的约束,降低作业人员、车辆、物料、环境等关键资源冲突,提高飞行区作业资源的利用效率.通过对关键链方法的应用,可以改善飞行区的作业编排过程的许多实际问题,提高飞行区作业的编排效率、监控粒度和监控范围等,降低飞行区作业对航班放行的影响.

Abstract

The Critical Chain Method is a project management method based on the Theory of Constraints,widely used in industries such as construction,aerospace,defense,software,and manufacturing.It can avoid time and resource losses caused by task switching,Parkinson's law,priority,and other factors,and can promote project completion in a shorter time under limited resources.This method is also applicable to flight area operation scheduling scenarios,such as aircraft guidance,luggage loading and unloading,cabin cleaning,etc.It can comprehensively handle the constraints between operation requirements and key resources,reduce conflicts between operators,vehicles,materials,environment,and other key resources,and improve the utilization efficiency of flight area operation resources.By applying the critical chain method,many practical issues in the scheduling process of flight operations can be improved,such as improving the scheduling efficiency,monitoring granularity,and monitoring range of flight operations,and reducing the impact of flight operations on flight release.
