Exploration of Cement Improved Soil Scheme for Construction Access Road of a Floodwater Area Expressway Abroad
A certain overseas flood prone expressway is in a flood prone period for an average of 4-6 months per year. The earthwork volume of this project is nearly 6.4 million cubic meters, which requires high construction requirements for the access road. The soil quality around the route is poor.Through experiments,a suitable cement improved soil scheme was selected, and compared with the sand filled edge access road scheme, the access road construction scheme was selected to meet the bearing capacity requirements and achieve the best efficiency.
