养护制度对超高性能混凝土力学性能的影响

为探究高温蒸养对超高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,试验对比研究了高温蒸养与标准养护下UH-PC的抗压、抗折、直拉强度,测试UHPC在受压、弯、拉下的应力-应变曲线,并对其进行SEM电镜扫描.结果表明:高温蒸养可以提高UHPC的早期强度,但其后期强度难以提高甚至出现倒缩;高温蒸养下UHPC的抗折、抗拉强度及延性会有所降低,电镜扫描发现高温蒸养下UHPC内部钢纤维与基体间产生了微小缝隙,导致其粘结程度有所降低.
Effect of Curing System on Mechanical Properties of UHPC
In order to explore the influence of high temperature steam curing on the mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete,the compressive,flexural and direct tensile strength of UHPC under high temperature steam curing and standard curing were compared and studied.The stress-strain curves of UHPC under compression,bending and pulling were tested,and SEM scanning was carried out.The results show that high temperature steam curing can improve the early strength of UHPC,but its later strength is difficult to improve or even shrink.The flexural strength,tensile strength and ductility of UHPC will be reduced un-der high temperature steam curing.Scanning electron microscopy showed that there was a small gap between the steel fiber and the matrix in UHPC under high temperature steam curing,resulting in a decrease in the degree of bonding.
