注浆加固技术在桥梁桩基施工中的应用

为有效提升桥梁桩基施工质量,本文以北安大马路连接E2 区天桥及道路建造工程为研究对象,通过气动锤成孔注浆技术,实现桥梁桩基的加固,以此来提升桩基承载力.首先,对桥梁桩基注浆工艺进行介绍;其次,选取两根管桩,分析注浆前后高应变动测与静荷载情况;最后,对注浆加固效果进行分析,试验结果表明,在桥梁桩基进行注浆加固后,在一定程度上提升了桩基的承载力,且降低了桩基沉降量,可为类似工程提供相应的借鉴.
Application of Grouting Reinforcement Technology in Bridge Pile Foundation Construction
In order to effectively improve the construction quality of bridge pile foundations,this article takes the construction project of the E2 area overpass and road connecting Bei'an Avenue as the research object.Through the pneumatic hammer drilling grouting technology,the reinforcement of bridge pile founda-tions is achieved to enhance their bearing capacity.Firstly,introduce the grouting process for bridge pile foundations;Secondly,select two pipe piles and analyze the high stress variation measurement and static load situation before and after grouting;Finally,the effectiveness of grouting reinforcement was analyzed,and the experimental results showed that after grouting reinforcement was applied to the bridge pile foundation,the bearing capacity of the pile foundation was improved to a certain extent,and the settlement of the pile foun-dation was reduced.This can provide corresponding reference for similar projects.
