高速铁路CRTS双块式无砟轨道施工注意事项

随着我国高铁事业的发展,无砟轨道技术已经成为高速铁路轨道工程的关键点和难点.无砟轨道的稳定性好,线路养护维修工作量小,耐久性好,服务周期长,但其施工工艺复杂、质量要求高,工序多,且各工序之间衔接非常紧密,对整体施工质量控制难.因此,本文结合荆荆高速铁路龙泉河特大桥段桥梁上无砟轨道的施工实践,对高速铁路CRTS双块式无砟轨道的施工工序进行梳理归纳,对各工序施工存在问题和注意事项进行了系统总结,为类似工程施工提供参考.
Construction Considerations of CRTS Bi-block Ballastless Track in High-speed Railway
With the development of high speed railway industry in China,the ballastless track technology has become a key and difficult point in high-speed railway track engineering.The ballastless track has the advantages of good stability,less maintenance,higher reliability and longer lifetime,meanwhile it has the disadvantages of complex construction,high quality requirements,multiple processes,close connections between processes,and difficulty in overall quality control.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of ballastless track on a certain grand bridge over the Longquan River of the Jingmen-Jingzhou High Speed Railway as an example,summarizes the construction process of CRTS bi-block ballastless track,and systematically summarizes the problems and precautions in each construction process,providing reference for analogous engineering construction.
