Dynamic and Static Stiffness Analysis of Rubber Mounts of SR20 Aircraft Engine Based on ABAQUS
The mounts of the SR20 aircraft engine consist of a upper mount and a lower mounts.Based on CATIA,Hypermesh, and ABAQUS,the finite element model of upper mount and lower mount has been established, and the static and dynamic stiffness analysis with the axial and radial direction were performed. It was found that the axial and radial static stiffness of the upper mount is greater than that of the lower mount. The axial dynamic stiffness of the upper and lower mount decreases gradually with the increase of frequency, while the radial dynamic stiffness decreases first and then increases.Through modal analysis,it was found that the frequency corresponding to the radial dynamic stiffness minimum is close to the first two order frequencies of the mount mode, which leads to the appearance of the dynamic stiffness minimum.
