Intelligent Valve Electric Actuator Control System Modeling and Overall Scheme Design
This paper mainly explores the modeling method and design scheme of the electric actuator control system suitable for intelligent valves.The system is composed of control module,communication mod-ule,motor drive module,etc.,using the sensor to obtain the current position information,and compared with the given position information,using the control algorithm to calculate the signal error and generate control instructions,drive the motor to run so as to achieve the control of the valve opening.The control module of the system adopts closed-loop control,and the execution module adopts three-loop control of current,speed and position to ensure that accurate control and real-time response can be achieved in the working environ-ment of high pressure and large flow,which is helpful to extend the service life of the intelligent valve on the basis of meeting practicability.
