Gradient Descent Security and Newton Iteration Secure Location Algorithm for Wireless Sensor Networks Against Malicious Attacks
This paper mainly studies the application strategies of two secure location algorithms based on gradient descent and Newton iteration in wireless sensor networks to resist malicious attacks.Based on gradient descent, the gradient descent method is used to find the least square solution,so that the estimated value is close to the real value, and then the anomaly detection is carried out to eliminate the detected malicious anchor nodes,so as to improve the positioning accuracy and ensure the network security.Based on Newton iteration,Newton iteration method is used to reduce the location error, and then differential adaptive strategy is used to detect the anomaly, and the positioning accuracy is improved after filtering out the malicious anchor nodes. On this basis,a comparison experiment is designed to compare the measured values of RSSI with the simulated values under the two algorithms. The results show that the two secure location algorithms can locate nodes more accurately, and the secure location algorithm based on Newton iteration has higher positioning accuracy, and has better application effect in wireless sensor networks to resist malicious attacks.
