环氧树脂类透水混凝土路用性能分析研究

环氧树脂类透水混凝土具有比多孔水泥混凝土强度形成时间短、强度高,比多孔沥青混凝土易于彩色化的特点,可为海绵城市建设提供材料选择的多样性.本试验研究了环氧树脂类透水混凝土透水性能、耐磨性能和抗滑性能,试验结果表明该材料渗透性能良好,耐磨性能、抗滑性能均优于同等条件下多孔水泥混凝土.研究成果已成功应用于多省、市非机动车道、慢行步道、人行道的海绵铺装建设中,并为环氧树类透水路面在海绵城市建设中的推广应用提供了理论支撑,具有重要的现实意义.
Analysis and Research on Road Performance of Epoxy Resin Type Permeable Concrete
The epoxy resin permeable concrete has the characteristics of shorter strength formation time and higher strength than porous cement concrete,and is easier to be colored than porous asphalt concrete.It can provide a variety of materials for the construction of Sponge city.This experiment studied the permeability,wear resistance,and sliding resistance of epoxy resin based permeable concrete.The experimental results showed that the material had good permeability,and its wear resistance and sliding resistance were better than those of porous cement concrete under the same conditions.The research results have been successfully applied to the sponge pavement construction of non motor vehicle lanes,slow walking trails and sidewalks in many provinces and cities,and have provided theoretical support for the promotion and application of epoxy resin permeable pavement in the construction of Sponge city,which has important practical significance.
