基于性能比对的温拌阻燃沥青胶浆能力变化研究

目前我国已是世界上公路隧道里程最长的国家,随着技术的发展,为了提高施工安全性和施工质量,国内隧道铺装施工逐渐采用温拌阻燃沥青混合料.本文结合依托工程,从高温性能、低温性能、老化性能和温度敏感性等方面对比分析了温拌阻燃沥青胶浆和原样沥青的性能,并结合配合比设计开展了沥青混合料性能分析,结果表明加入复合温拌阻燃剂后能一定程度提升温拌阻燃沥青胶浆的性能,且拌合得到的温拌阻燃沥青混合料各项性能均不低于热拌沥青混合料.
Research on the Change of Ability of Warm Mix Flame Retardant Bitumen Based on Performance Comparison
Currently,China has the longest mileage of highway tunnel in the world,with the development of technology,in order to improve the safety and construction quality,domestic tunnel pavement construction gradually adopted warm flame retardant asphalt mixture.In this paper,based on the support project,the properties of the warm mix flame retardant asphalt mortar and the original asphalt are compared and analyzed from the aspects of high temperature performance,low temperature performance,aging performance and temperature sensitivity,and the asphalt mixture performance analysis is carried out based on the mix ratio design.The results show that the performance of the warm mix flame retardant asphalt mortar can be improved to a certain extent by adding the compound warm mix flame retardant agent.The properties of the warm mix flame-retardant asphalt mixture obtained by mixing are not lower than those of hot mix asphalt mixture.
