Study on Mechanical Behavior of Pile-anchorage Buttress
Because of the effect of water pressure,buttresses isset at the elbows of water pipe.Generally,the buttresses is designed by the national standard drawings.However,in actual engineering,there will be special situations such as excessively large buttresses and no soil as the back wall.It is necessary to design pipe elbow supports according to local conditions.In this study,a pile-anchorage buttress was selected to study the mechanical properties of a single pile under lateral loading,so as to provide a reference for the practical application of pile-anchorage buttresses.
