本文以新建北京至唐山铁路京唐京哈联络线42号道岔插铺工程为例,针对既有线42号道岔插铺施工,还未有大量成熟的案例与经验,由于现场环境及42号道岔体积大、长度大、施工难度大,对人员组织、施工步序衔接、施工安全及质量有着严格的要求,因此本次通过对42号道岔插铺施工技术的分析为后续铁路道岔插铺提供了强有力的经验积累.
Construction Technology of Automatic Traversing,Walking and Inserting for No.42 Turnout in Beijing-harbin Railway on Busy Trunk Line
In this paper,taking the newly-built Beijing-Tangshan Railway Jingtang-Jingha Link No.42 turnout as an example,there are not many mature cases and experiences for the existing line No.42 turnout.Because of the large volume,long length and difficult construction of No.42 turnout,there are strict requirements for personnel organization,construction sequence connection,construction safety and quality.Therefore,the analysis of the construction technology of No.42 turnout has provided a strong experience accumulation for the subsequent railway turnout.
