混凝土高完整性容器(HIC)封盖系统探讨

根据废物最新小化的原则,减容技术被广泛应用到核电站的废物处理系统中,经过减容后的弥散放射性废物在钢桶中存放,无法直接进行处置,需要装到混凝土高完整性容器(HIC)进行一系列处理后才满足最终处理的要求.本论文以某核电的混凝土 HIC封盖系统为例,介绍混凝土 HIC封盖系统的设备组成,功能和技术要点.最终确定此混凝土 HIC封盖系统在进行HIC容器灌浆密封工艺中高效、自动化程度高且安全.
Discussion on Capping System of Concrete High Integrity Container(HIC)
According to the principle of waste minimization,capacity reduction technology is widely used in the waste treatment system of nuclear power plants.After capacity reduction,dispersed radioactive waste is stored in steel drums,which cannot be disposed of directly,and needs to be put into concrete high integrity containers(Hics)for a series of treatment before meeting the requirements of final treatment.Taking the concrete HIC capping system of a nuclear power plant as an example,this paper introduces the equipment composition,function and technical key points of the concrete HIC capping system.Finally,it is determined that the concrete HIC capping system is efficient,highly automated and safe in the grout sealing process of HIC container.
