新能源汽车电机驱动控制系统设计及仿真分析

本文主要探究了新能源汽车电机驱动控制系统的设计方案,并对电机转速进行了仿真实验.该系统使用STM32芯片,通过处理转子的位置、转速等信息,将设定转速与实际转速的偏差作为控制器的输入量,利用输出信号改变电机电压,进而实现对电机转速和转矩的控制,使实际转速实时跟踪设计转速.从仿真结果来看,实际转速与设计转速的误差维持在±5%以内,电机转速稳定,符合设计预期.
Design and Simulation Analysis of New Energy Vehicle Motor Drive Control System
This paper mainly explores the design scheme of the motor drive control system of new energy vehicles,and conducts simulation experiments on the motor speed.The system uses STM32 chip to process information such as the position and speed of the rotor,take the deviation between the set speed and the ac-tual speed as the input of the controller,and use the output signal to change the motor voltage,so as to re-alize the control of the motor speed and torque,and make the actual speed track the design speed in real time.From the simulation results,the error between the actual speed and the design speed is maintained within±5%,and the motor speed is stable,in line with the design expectation.
