随着全球无缝钢管行业的蓬勃发展,高性能限动芯棒作为关键工艺装备,其生产工艺的优化与创新日益受到关注.本文通过对其生产加工的国内外研究现状及工艺特点难点的深入分析,以对芯棒加工中的均质化、细晶化、热处理工艺等方面研究优化为方向,开发出具有自主知识产权的高性能限动芯棒生产工艺,提高了芯棒的力学性能和冲击韧性,确保了产品质量的稳定性和可靠性,为我国高性能限动芯棒的自主化生产奠定了坚实基础.
Optimization and Practice of Production Process for High-Performance Limiting-Rod Based on Homogenization and Grain Refinement
With the vigorous development of the global seamless steel tube industry,high-performance limited-movement mandrels,as key process equipment,have attracted increasing attention in terms of their production process optimization and innovation.Through in-depth analysis of the current research status and process characteristics and difficulties of their production and processing at home and abroad,this article fo-cuses on the optimization of homogenization,grain refinement,heat treatment processes,etc.in the processing of mandrels,and develops a high-performance limited-movement mandrel production process with independent intellectual property rights.This improves the mechanical properties and impact toughness of the mandrel,en-sures the stability and reliability of product quality,and lays a solid foundation for the independent produc-tion of high-performance limited-movement mandrels in China.
