Analysis of PVC Production Process by Calcium Carbide Acetylene
In order to further improve the production quality of PVC,this paper will study the key production process based on calcium carbide acetylene method,including the reaction process of calcium carbide acetylene method,the production parameters of spray cooling tower,the mixer process setting,etc.Later,based on the pro-duction process of calcium carbide acetylene method,this paper summarizes the main energy saving production technical measures in the process,such as the energy saving measures and the energy saving ideas of the polymer workshop,and studies the transformation scheme,hoping to lay a foundation for improving the production quality of PVC.
