Dynamic Real-time Differential Wind Turbine Tower Displacement Measurement Method Based on Satellite Navigation Measurement System
Aiming at the problem of excessive load during the operation of wind turbines caused bythe large displacement of the tower top of the wind turbine,the measurement method of phase difference posi-tioning based on inertial navigation measurement system is studied.The traditional on-site observation and measurement have the problems of complicated steps,unable to monitor in real time,and low precision.It is proposed to build a monitoring network to monitor the satellite positioning system to transmit data,and realize the real-time monitoring of the unit tower through the displacement conversion algorithm.The tower deforma-tion model is established.First,the center latitude and longitude coordinates and heading offset angle of the tower top of the unit are calculated.Then,according to the measured information and the unit calibration in-formation,it is converted into the overall displacement of the unit tower top and the position relative to the engine roomin real time.Displacement of the tower top in the front-rear and left-right directions.By compar-ing-the estimated load of the tower displacement with the bending moment load of the load sensor,it is proved that the method can effectively improve the measurement accuracyof the tower displacement and the real-time performance of the deformation monitoring.
