安全挡木用于防止提升装置的钢丝绳发生缠绕事故,研究快速准确检测挡木的磨损情况对于确保提升装置的稳定运行和矿山的正常生产具有重要意义.YOLOX算法检测速度快、识别精度高,在工业物体缺陷检测方面得到广泛应用.本文提出的安全挡木磨损检测算法则基于YOLOX算法模型,首先在井下提升装置运行期间采集钢丝绳与安全挡木的磨损情况的图片并对其进行数据增强处理,再基于YOLOX算法进行数据集的训练.井下检测效果表明该安全挡木磨损检测算法能够在井下恶劣工作环境下使用并保持良好的精度.
Safety Wood Barrier Wear Detection Model Based on YOLOX Algorithm
Safety blocks are used to prevent entanglement accidents in the wire rope of the lifting device.Research on quickly and accurately detecting the wear of the blocks is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of the lifting device and the normal production of the mine.The YOLOX algorithm has fast detection speed and high recognition accuracy,and is widely used in industrial object defect detection.The safety log wear detection algorithm proposed in this article is based on the YOLOX algorithm model.First,during the operation of the underground hoisting device,pictures of the wear conditions of the wire rope and the safety log are collected and the data is enhanced;then the data set is trained based on the YOLOX al-gorithm.The underground detection results show that the safety barrier wear detection algorithm can be used in harsh underground working environments and maintain good accuracy.
