"Multi-layer Membrane System Liquid Separation-Biological Agents-Evaporation"Engineering Case Studies On Nickel Containing Wastewater
In response to the characteristics of high salt content and small amount of nickel in nickel containing wastewater,a"multi-stage membrane system separation biological agents evaporation"process design is adopted:(1)"multi-stage membrane system separation"achieves the separation of SO42-and Cl-in water. After concentration by the membrane system, the amount of water in the back-end evaporation process is reduced, and the produced water is reused. The evaporation salt production meets the Class Ⅲ qualified product standard of"Industrial Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate"(GB/T6009-2014),Used for industrial production or sales, bringing economic benefits;(2)After electrodialysis concentration, the nickel containing wastewater has a relatively high salt content. The ordinary alkaline method has poor nickel removal effect, but the biological agent nickel removal process can control the nickel content below 0.33 mg/L.(3)This process system has the advantages of stable operation, low treatment cost, and high degree of automation, comprehensively solving the environmental pollution risk caused by the discharge of nickel containing wastewater, truly achieving zero emission requirements, and has practical value for promotion.
