Given the Static Electricity Oiling machine control system and process function,the HMI interface was designed by Siemens operating panel OP270,S7-300 series PLC as a controller,6SE70 series inverter as the transmission system.The network system through DP communication.The paper introduced the operation and monitoring interface developed by the configuration software WinCC flexible after the operation panel hardware update.The design retained the original function and improved the friendship of operational monitoring.Application results showed:WinCC flexible was designed in the Oiling machine system,the compatibility Control,drive and HMI was better,the communication was stable and reliable.The maintenance engineers can easily repair faults and the convenience of operation can be improved.
