Design of Wind Turbine Condition Monitoring System Based on Multi-source Signal Fusion
In order to realize condition monitoring of 2 MW wind turbines and improve service performance,a condition monitoring system based on multi-source signal fusion is needed.The condition monitoring system based on multi-source signal fusion can overcome the difficult problem that a single vibration signal is difficult to accurately evaluate the running state and service performance of the fan.The types of multi-source signals are selected,and the hardware and software of the system are designed according to the acquisition and processing methods of multi-source signals and fusion methods.The system provides engineering guidance for improving the efficiency of wind power generation and preventing the failure of wind power generator.
