市政道路桥梁工程旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术

为解决市政道路桥梁工程桩基施工缺陷对桥梁稳定运行的影响等问题,设计了一种市政道路桥梁工程旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术.埋设钻孔灌注桩钢护筒,利用钢护筒控制成孔垂直度,制作钢筋笼并吊装到孔位上,采用导管法,根据桩径大小选择导管,将其安装在钻孔中间位置,确认无误后浇筑混凝土.实例分析表明,应用该技术后大部分灌注桩为I类桩体,能够满足桩身施工承载抗压的质量需求.
Construction Technology of Rotary Excavation of Bored Pile in Municipal Road and Bridge Engineering
In order to solve the problems such as the influence of pile foundation construction defects on the stable operation of municipal road and bridge engineering,a kind of construction technology of rotary bored pile is designed.The steel shield of the bored pile was buried,the verticality of the hole was con-trolled by the steel shield,the steel cage was made and hoisted to the hole position.The conduit method was adopted,and the conduit was selected according to the pile diameter and installed in the middle position of the drill hole,and the concrete was poured after confirmation.The application of this technology shows that most of the cast-in-place piles are Class I piles,which can meet the quality requirements of pile construc-tion.
