Application of Hydraulic Climbing Form Construction Technology in Building Structure Engineering
This paper explores the application of hydraulic climbing construction technology in high-rise buildings.The device includes aluminum alloy formwork,embedded parts,frame,guide rail,hydraulic cylinder five parts,with early dismantling support system can achieve the effect of speeding up construction efficiency and reducing project cost.Midas/Gen software was used to construct the finite element model of hydraulic climbing mode,and the flexural and shear strength under static and climbing conditions were calculated.The results show that the strength of the components under both conditions is within the design range and meets the safety requirements.
