Optimisation of the Process of Accurately Crossing Faults in the Digging Face
In order to solve the problems of slow fault crossing speed and difficult support in heading face.Based on the research background of W3210 working face roadway passing through fhd1 fault in qianyingzi coal mine,this paper puts forward the partition support method of different roof support parameters,and adopts the combined support technology of"advance pre grouting+anchor net beam cable+sleeve TU shed"for field application and effect detection.The results show that under the application of the combined support technology,the displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is only 1 mm,the displacement of the two sides is 2 mm,the force of the bolt has been kept unchanged at 20 kN,and the maximum change of the force of the anchor cable is only 2 kN.It shows that the implementation effect of the fault crossing scheme is good,which can ensure the smooth progress of roadway safety excavation.
