摘要

机械设备振动不仅带来噪音,而且影响机械设备的使用寿命.因此,对机械设备振动监测是十分必要的.根据机械振动的特点,通过加速度和角加速度测量机械设备的三轴位移振动和角位移振动.选用6轴姿态传感器MPU6050测量机械设备振动时的加速度和角加速度,详细分析了MPU6050的I2C接口时序,寄存器配置.以STM32为主控芯片,设计了硬件电路,完成软件程序的设计,可实时将测量的数据显示在OLED屏上,同时通过串口将测量数据送出,供上位机做后端数据处理与故障分析.

Abstract

Mechanical equipment vibration not only brings noise,but also affects the service life of me-chanical equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the vibration of mechanical equipment.According to the characteristics of mechanical vibration,the three-axis displacement vibration and angular displacement vi-bration of mechanical equipment are measured through acceleration and angular acceleration.We selected a 6-axis attitude sensor MPU6050 to measure the acceleration and angular acceleration of mechanical equip-ment during vibration,and analyzed in detail the I2C interface timing and register configuration of MPU6050.A hardware circuit was designed using STM32 as the main control chip,and the software program was com-pleted.The measured data can be displayed in real-time on the OLED screen,and the measurement data can be sent out through the serial port for backend data processing and fault analysis on the upper computer.
