In order to solve the quality defects of ZB45 packaging unit,such as the loose transparent paper,wrinkles,bulging and bad cellophane during production,Omron CJ2M-CPU12 modular programmable controller is adopted as the control system+mitsubishi servo control system,combined with the man-machine interface parameter adjustment,to realize the precise control of the iron temperature,pressing time and smoke exhaust time.The ZB45 packaging unit used in Nanchang Cigarette Factory was tested as the object,and the results showed that the quality of the transparent paper was significantly improved for the loose,wrinkled,bulging and broken cellophane in the box,providing support for improving the product quality.
