计算机视觉技术在电梯安装质量检测中的应用研究

目前很多电梯安装质量检测仍采用传统的检测手段,这些手段效率低下,且容易受到人为因素和环境因素的影响,难以保证检测的准确性和可靠性.因此,现提出计算机视觉技术在电梯安装质量检测中的应用研究.首先,构建计算机视觉电梯模型,由单片机控制轿厢的上下运动,图像采集与处理以及呼叫按钮模拟由计算机完成.其次,收集并处理电梯安装图像,将采集到的影像资料输入计算机中,再经编写专门的影像处理软体.最后,实现检测并控制电梯安装质量.实验结果表明:计算机视觉技术可以快速地检测电梯安装质量,相对于传统的人工检测方法,提高了检测效率,缩短了检测时间.
Application Study of Computer Vision Technology in the Quality Inspection of Elevator Installation
At present,many elevator installation quality inspections still use traditional inspection methods,which are inefficient and easily affected by human and environmental factors,making it difficult to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspections.Therefore,it is proposed to study the application of computer vision technology in elevator installation quality inspection.Firstly,a computer vision elevator model is constructed,and the up and down movement of the elevator car is controlled by a microcontroller.Image acquisition and processing,as well as call button simulation,are completed by the computer.Secondly,elevator installation images are collected and processed,and the collected image data is input into the computer.Then,specialized image processing software is developed to detect and control the quality of elevator installation.The experimental results show that computer vision technology can quickly detect the installation quality of elevators,which improves detection efficiency and shortens detection time compared to traditional manual detection methods.
