Analysis of the Application of Plasma Cutting Technology in the Removal of Oil Tanks
With the continuous development of the country's scientific and technological capabilities,how to choose a suitable cutting process for different oil tanks is an urgent problem.In this paper,the oil tank demolition project of an oil depot in Yulin City is considered from the aspects of oil tank structure,construction environment and economic benefits.Finally,the plasma cutting technology is used to cut the oil tank.In this paper,the method selection and cutting process of oil tank demolition in this project are described in detail.At the same time,the potential safety hazards in the plasma cutting machine and the surrounding environment during the cutting process are analyzed and preventive measures are proposed.In order to provide better cutting scheme selection for the subsequent demolition of the same type of oil tank.
