本文论述了轨道交通用振动传感器应用在恶劣工况下,依然能够稳定提供高灵敏度,宽量程信号输出;在轨道交通行业的应用场景下,实现满足特定要求的低成本,高集成度的振动传感器产品.研究重点侧重于MEMS型振动动传感器的设计、实验与实际应用.实验结果表明,完全达到实现设计目标,满足设计要求,符合产品需求.
Design and Debugging of a Vibration Sensor for Rail Transit Locomotives
The paper aims to achieve a vibration sensor for the rail transit industry with wide range,low cost,high sensitivity,and high integration,and conducts research on the design,analysis,debugging,and ap-plication of vibration sensors based on MEMS technology.By comparing different implementation methods of sensors,the advantages of MEMS vibration sensors in sensor applications were pointed out,and the principle of vibration sensor design was explained.The test results indicate that the designed and manufactured vibra-tion sensor meets the functional requirements of vibration detection for rail transit locomotives.
