Design of Non-sand Concrete Pipe Infiltration Canal for Water Intake Structure of Waterworks
Since the tensile stress value of the existing sandless concrete pipe permeate is more than 130 MPa and the minimum drainage thickness is large, this paper studies the design of the sandless concrete pipe permeate of the water intake structure of the waterworks. In the waterworks, the double-layer reinforced concrete perforated pipe is laid as a seepage pipe for water collection, the reinforced concrete seepage trench pipe is set along the bank, and the steel mesh stone cage is set up for reinforcement, and the drainage pipe extends along the slope to the top of the embankment. The minimum drainage thickness of the leachate is calculated according to the inflow and outflow of the filter pipe in the leachate to ensure reasonable construction. The soil is excavated by trenching machine, the seepage pipe is sent to the bottom of the ditch by sliding board, the filter material is backfilled, and the clean river sand is scattered to complete the construction. The test results show that the tensile stress value of the sandless concrete pipe permeate canal is in the range of 120~128 MPa under normal operating conditions. The minimum drainage thickness of the sandless concrete tunnel is 12~16 m,which meets the design requirements and has good construction effect.
