Research on the Application of Structural Strengthening Construction Technology in Old Buildings
In view of the hidden safety problems of the old building structure,this paper deeply studies the application of structural strengthening construction technology in the old building.First of all,the old structure in the old building was dismantled,including the suspended ceiling,internal partition wall,floor tiles,doors and Windows and outer wall panels,etc.,following the principle of first up and then down,first inside and then out,to ensure the integrity of the building structure.Secondly,the anchorage root of the column steel bars is strengthened,the longitudinal reinforcement bars of the reinforced column are fixed in the foundation beam,and the reinforcement bars at the four corners of the reinforced column are rooted in the top of the foundation,which significantly improves the reinforcement effect of the pile foundation.In addition,the sandwich plate of the construction steel wire frame is reinforced,the embedded anchor bar of the wall,beam and column is firmly connected with the steel wire frame,and the partition board and the joint of the board are reinforced,and then the stability of the internal structure of the building is further enhanced.Finally,the effectiveness of the reinforcement technique is verified by an example analysis,which shows that it has a wide application prospect in practical life.
