为了提升码头交接位置的施工技术和质量控制,本文通过介绍基于钢管-钢板桩组合衔接的码头交接位置施工技术的工程概况、施工组织安排、嵌岩桩稳桩施工、交接部位防漏砂施工以及"L"型布置的重力式沉箱码头后方回填前墙位移控制等内容,深入分析了施工过程中的关键技术措施和应用效果.通过实践应用验证了其可行性和可靠性.研究结果表明,该施工技术能够显著提高码头交接位置的稳定性和防漏性能,有效控制前墙位移,保证码头的正常使用和安全性能.
Research on Construction Technology of Dock Intersection Position Based on Steel Pipe Steel Sheet Pile Combination Connection
In order to improve the construction technology and quality control of the dock handover position,this article introduces the engineering overview,construction organization arrangement,rock socketed pile stabilization construction,anti leakage sand construction at the handover position,and displacement control of the front wall behind the backfill of the gravity type caisson dock with an L-shaped layout,based on the construction technology of the dock handover position based on the combination of steel pipe and steel sheet piles,An in-depth analysis was conducted on the key technical measures and application effects during the construction process.Its feasibility and reliability have been verified through practical applications.The research results indicate that this construction technology can significantly improve the stability and leak prevention performance of the dock junction position,effectively control the displacement of the front wall,and ensure the normal use and safety performance of the dock.
