Analysis of Safety Risk Assessment Model for High Rise Building Projects
The particularity of high-rise building projects determines that they face many construction safety issues during the construction process.Based on a brief analysis of actual engineering cases,a safety risk assessment model was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, with a total of 4 primary influ-encing factors and 16 secondary influencing factors set up.Through analysis,it was found that there are mul-tiple secondary influencing factors with high weight values, such as the rationality of safety management in engineering general contracting and professional subcontracting, summer, rainy season, and winter weather op-erations.This indicates that these factors have a significant impact on construction safety.Targeted measures should be formulated to prevent these influencing factors during construction,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and property during the construction process and create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
